Build problem
My ant builds all the files all the time.
Is that a normal behavior?
If not what could be wrong?

See if this answers things for you:
http://jakarta.apache.org/ant/faq.html#always-recompiles
If not, try sending mail again, but try to include a bit more detail in
what the problem actually is.
