number of request cycles

Is the number of Request Cycles per page is equal to one plus the
number of forms?

If so, then, when using Hibernate as a ThreadLocal in the Engine's
setupForRequest and cleanUpAfterRequest methods, do I need to do some
sort of reference counting? In otherwords, if I have a page with TWO
forms and I close the Hibernate session in cleanUpAfterRequest. Then,
won't I have closed the session BEFORE reaching the second form (which
might need access to the session)?

Argh. It was a bug!! I was closing the session erroneously...

So much for copy-and-paste being 100% Code Reusability...

It's one for a form submission, the one for the rendering of the response page.
