When table create with a unicode delimiter, it store wrong unicode as follows:
{noformat}
create table delim_test (col1 text, col2 text) using csv with ('csvfile.delimiter'='\u0036');
Actual : 'csvfile.delimiter'='\u0006'
{noformat}
