Welcome file list with directory behaves differently on default path

remm@apache.org changed:

           What |Removed |Added
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
             Status|NEW |RESOLVED
         Resolution| |INVALID

------- Additional Comments From remm@apache.org 2002-05-07 20:07 -------
The URLs defined in the welcome file list should be relative to the current
directory ("/foo" is at best relative to the context root, and welcome files
don't work like that).
See section 9.10 of the servlet spec.
