Start openoffice
Create new spreadsheet
Open Task Manager and watch memory being gobbled up by soffice.bin
Kill OOo with Task Manager
This cycle occurs even when no work is done in the spreadsheet. Eventually,
openoffice flashes off for a few seconds, then returns - a pattern that is
repeated once 1gb has been appropriated - and the document is inaccessible and
cannot be saved.
This does not happen with Writer.
My copy of openoffice has been updated following prompts.

I did some copying and pasting between different files today, causing a crash.
The memory leak problem has returned.

No memory problem as described has been observed with various AOO revisions
both on Win 7 and Debian.

Probable cure: complete uninstall, new download and reinstall seems to have
cured this problem.
