Decided to remove this dependency in ignite-2 (see dev-list discussion) since there is a new SQL engine exists now.

Also this dependency is redundant in {{direct-io}} module and {{dev-utils}} module (all classes used by dev-utils are moved from {{ignite-indexing}} to {{ignite-core}} module).
