[ANN] Apache Sandesha2 1.2 released

Hi All,

We are proud to announce the 1.2 release of Apache Sandesha2. This release
is compatible with recently released Apache Axis2 1.2.

Major features of this release include.

Support for the replay model for WSRM 1.0
Improvements to the Rampart integration.
Improvements to the Client API

Also we could do a number of of bug fixes and improvements based on user and
developer comments.
