[Fwd: Re: When can we expect GA release of Axis v1.2?]

Hi,

We are all wondering about the 1.2 release date.

Regards to all,
Fernando

Yes, I'm working on it. It's hard to speak of it on this (public) mailing
list, but I can tell you that I've been, am, and will be trying my best.

I think we can finalize Axis 1.2 before the big event for Java folks. :-)
Please stay tuned for upcoming news on passing JAX-RPC 1.1 TCK.

Thanks for your interest,

Ias

Hi folks!

At this point I think we're just waiting on TCK compliance for JAX-RPC, and
then we're good to go (though of course more bugs are getting fixed along
the way as well). Some documentation fixes would be nice also, but those
can even be released as an adjunct.

Ias, are you working on the TCK stuff? How's it coming along if so?

It would be nice if we could get the release out by JavaOne.... speaking of
which, who all is going to be there? Would it be worth setting up an Axis
dinner/whiteboard-jam-session?
