   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   The Ops page supports adding and switching NameServer addresses, but obsolete or incorrectly added addresses cannot be removed.
   
   This change allows users to delete inactive NameServer addresses while preventing deletion of the current or last remaining address.
   
   ## Brief changelog
   
   - Add an API for deleting NameServer addresses
   - Add a delete action with confirmation to the Ops page
   - Prevent deletion of the current or last remaining NameServer address
   - Restore the current NameServer selection after deletion
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   - Add backend tests for successful deletion and protected address scenarios
   - Add frontend API and component tests for the deletion workflow
   - Verify the add, select, and delete workflow through the running application
   - Run backend and frontend test suites, lint, and build
