Select Lead in SFA. Click COMMUNICATIONS. Click NEW COMMUNICATION. Click SAVE.

The Following Errors Occurred:

Exception thrown while performing entity find: [GenericDelegator.findOne] Passed primary key is not a valid primary key: [GenericEntity:CommunicationEventWorkEff][communicationEventId,10010(java.lang.String)]
