   I think we came from this years ago and them moved to the last recently used. I am trying to remember if it was easier to implement since we also fixed that we always hit the same DWPT if we are single threaded. But this was before I removed the PerThread indirection. Now with DWPT directly pooled it seems like a reasonable thing to do. @mikemccand WDYT
