displaytag 1.0 pom v4
test scope set, servletapi group fixed, transitive dependencies removed.
The jetspeed:portlet-api dependency can't be replaced with anything on ibiblio: I wasn't able to find out the real version and an official binary distribution, so version has been set to 1.0 and scope to provided.
