Per default, spamassassin 3.0 seems to use some very bad blacklists
like DNS_FROM_RFC_WHOIS_B.

For all .ch Domains, this blacklist is very fatal.

1.0 DNS_FROM_RFC_WHOIS_B RBL: Envelope sender TLD in whois.rfc-ignorant.org

So please turn this list off per default.
