Fixed.

Updated copyright dates everywhere on site.

Removed docs dir from root of checkout.  Have it generated.  Means have to run 'docs' target before package if want full doc. generated.

Fixed link up on site.  Going forward, things like metrics will show up in right place but for now hand-fixed it.

Updated our site so we have updated committers list and noted on home page attendance at nosql and hadoop summit.
