Burning ISP question

Hi, all.

I know this is probably NOT the place to ask this but I don't know
where else to ask...

Which services, modules, functions, etc. installed by Red Hat Linux
7.3 (server installation) are needed to setup a viable, DEPENDABLE Internet
Service Provider?? My Apache is now working smooth as glass, thanks to all
of the emails I have received from participants in the group answering
questions about the various problems I had. Now, all I have to setup to the
rest of the goodies. Just need to know what I need to finish this monster
off...

	Thanks and again, my apologies.
