Hey,
I was just watching the backlog of 0.23.x version and I came across this jira.
[~mattf]: Is this still an issue for 2.x ?
[~gkesavan]: Are you planning to fix this jira in 0.23.0 as mentioned in this jira ?

Please change them to run even in the presence of unit test errors, as long as the compile+packaging build successfully.
