*STR*:

1. Edit/Create a widget in type "Template" or "Graph"
2. In step2, add a new "Expression" or "Dataset", then delete it.
3. Open "Add metric" menu, it cannot be open. 
4. Add another new "Expression" or "Dataset", 
5. Open "Add metric" menu, it can be open successfully.
