user-defined ticket properties

Is it possible to add arbitrary properties to a ticket? For example,
making certain elements of the testing environment (browser
used/browser version, compiler used, operating system, architecture,
etc) by way of form fields that get stored as ticket properties (and
preferrably added to the reports.)

Additionally, being able to associate a changeset with a ticket,
making it a mandatory field to set upon checkin, would also be quite
useful.

I may be able to make these changes myself, but was wondering if the
current design had these facilities in mind, making my job
easier.

Thanks in advance for any help,

You are, of course, both correct. Wrong mailing list.

Sorry!

What's this 'ticket' thing you speak of?

Did you mean to mail the Trac list?
