Let me explain the confusion that happened last night.

Here is the order of events:

1. pll gives sussman a 0.32.0 tarball, sussman uploads it.

2. pll announces the tarball over email.

3. 5 minutes later, somebody notices that the tarball's svn_version.h
   still claims to be 0.31.0.

4. gstein pulls the tarball, sends out mail telling us to roll 0.32.1.

5. sussman and pll aren't checking mail, don't see gstein's request.
So 2 minutes later, pll gives sussman a 'fixed' 0.32.0 tarball, and
   sussman uploads it again.

6. the next morning, sussman checks mail, slaps his head, and a giant
   "doh" rings across the land.

So now we're in a situation where there was probably a 7-minute gap
when the 'bad' tarball was up, and many many hours of the 'good'
tarball being up. Oy.

We'll upload a new 0.32.1 tarball ASAP.

I didn't make a 0.31.0 package. Lack of time.

It's a much better place than my inbox.

(And I'll take this opportunity to declare that I generally do _not_
respond to private mails about Subversion, thanks; that's what the lists

That is Badness[tm]. I've removed both tarballs.

Since this 0.32.0 release was dead-on-arrival because svn_version.h wasn't
updated properly, a new 0.32.1 release must be made. It is not acceptable
to have two different tarballs which are named the same.

Paul: restart the process, follow the directions, and release 0.32.1.
