If a 'full' xml api jar is provided, could we hope some consistent naming 
convention with the servlet api, which is currently provided into servlet.jar

Something such as:
xml.jar/servlet.jar
xmlapi.jar/servletapi.jar
xml-api.jar/servlet-api.jar
