Building with 2.4.17, but did not try the previous version

The configure script states this :

"WebDAV protocol handling. --enable-dav also enables mod_dav_fs"

But using --enable-dav doesn't enable dav_fs. The config.log output :

..
configure:29582: checking whether to enable mod_dav
configure:29635: result: shared
..
configure:31228: checking whether to enable mod_dav_fs
configure:31302: result: no (few)
