Thanks for your suggestion.

1、If you create the resource,only you and the administrator can delete it.
2、Only administrator can authorize the resource,if the administrator authorized it to other user,then other user can has the permission of read and modify but delete.
3、If you delete the resource,it will be deleted in hdfs.So the user can't use it.Beacause when administrator authorizes the resource,it don't copy resource to other user.

Welcome everyone can tell your suggest and more designs.
For example,What should we design in order to reach the target[1].

关于资源管理有几点建议：
1.资源是不是可以区分个人资源和公共资源，个人资源只能当前用户使用，当前用户也能将个人资源改成公共资源，公共资源所有用户都能用，admin授权时，可以将公共资源授权给用户
2.普通用户删除资源时，如果该资源关联了任务，必须取消任务关联，这里可以增加一个任务查看功能，查看当前资源关联了自己哪些任务，并且可以批量移除当前资源下的任务
3.同一资源被多个用户关联，如果A用户删除了某个资源，并不影响B用户对该资源的引用
4.如果admin删除某个资源，必须知会所用到该资源的用户
