Why query is omited in url

    About the bug
http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1345, found in 1.4 of
xerces. It is still ( if it's a bug ... ) in 1.5.1. Is there reason for
that.

In all case, thanks a lot for xerces.

PS: I've apply the patch proposed in this bug report, and it's work
well.
