1) [This page|http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/3.1.0/guide_platforms_ios_upgrading.md.html#Upgrading%20iOS] has a broken link [Using Plugman to Manage Plugins|http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/3.1.0/guide_platforms_ios_upgrading.md.html#Using%20Plugman%20to%20Manage%0APlugins]. Also, the formatting under "Upgrading 3.0.0 projects to 3.1.0" is messed up.
