I think the intent is to keep testing against the latest because that's the most important version to work with. All of the 2.4.x releases should be compatible, so this doesn't constrain which versions of Spark Iceberg works with. It just pulls in the latest bug fixes.

@Fokko Is this upgrade to stay on the latest 2.4.x version? Or are there features we actually are aiming to use and leverage in Iceberg? If so can you outline them if possible?
