The System.Logger interface is described in [JDK-8046565|https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8046565] and documented [here|http://download.java.net/jdk9/docs/api/java/lang/System.Logger.html]. There's also the related [System.LoggerFinder|http://download.java.net/jdk9/docs/api/java/lang/System.LoggerFinder.html] factory class to implement.
