[I] [BUG] double unlock in esp32_serial.c [nuttx]

   ### Description / Steps to reproduce the issue
   
   see https://github.com/apache/nuttx/blob/a14b97b98bee2bef30c4359ee8da4b2e00bae93d/arch/xtensa/src/esp32/esp32_serial.c#L1813-L1825
   and find the consecutive `spin_unlock_irqrestore` calls on the same lock.
