outgoing mail routing

Hello,

could someone suggest the best/easiest way to configure James to have it
send most of the mail out using ordinary MX lookups but send mail for a
particular domain (say @nest.cx) to a selected mail server? If my
explanation is not very clear, I mean something like smtproutes file in
qmail.

I figured I need some kind of matcher mailet, but I don't know which
one and what the pattern should look like.

Help?
