New committer: Shaohui Liu

The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Kylin
has invited Shaohui Liu to become a committer and we are pleased to
announce that he has accepted.

Shaohui Liu (刘绍辉，email: liushaohui@apache.org, Github ID: lshmouse) is a
bigdata engineer in the XiaoMi group; They host a big OLAP platform for the
company, and Kylin has played an important role in it. His first commit in
Kylin was in Sep 2017; In the past 2 years, he continuously contributes to
the Kylin project. So far, he has 36 commits merged in Kylin's master
branch.
