Cannot Execute: No error?

Okay, i've set my java root but yet its just the same messge constantly:
$ bin/nutch org.apache.nutch.tools.DmozParser content.rdf.u8 > dmoz/urls
bin/nutch: line 171: /bin/java/jdk/jre/bin: is a directory
bin/nutch: line 171: exec: /bin/java/jdk/jre/bin: cannot execute: No error
Does it need to goto a specific directory of Java? Remembering that i'm
using Cygwin on Windows.
