 Currently each AbstractService has a dispatcher, but the dispatcher is not named. Logs from dispatcher is mixed, which is quite hard to debug any hang issues. I suggest
 # Make it possible to name AsyncDispatcher & its thread (partially done in YARN-6015)
 # Mention the AsyncDispatcher name in all its logs

YARN-8467 introduce another parameter to name AsyncDispatcher. This is an alternative to just use the thread name as AsyncDispatcher name.
