[jira] Commented: (TOBAGO-57) behaves differently in MyFaces and Tobago

Volker Weber commented on TOBAGO-57:
------------------------------------

You can't use <h:messages> (and also no other <h:..> tags) in tobago.
see: http://myfaces.apache.org/tobago/faq.html#tobago/myfaces%20extension

Use <tc:messages> instead, unfortunately there is no globalOnly in <tc:messages>.

Im going to change this issue into a feature request for adding globalOnly to <tc:messages>.

> When using <h:messages> with globalOnly = "true" in MyFaces, it displays messages without client id. In Tobago, the same tag displays all messages (with or without client id)
