[users@httpd] OT: Website Config question

Hello!
I've noticed that some websites( for instance http://ceol.de/ ) have a
strange behavior....
The URL is still the same ( http://ceol.de/ ) even if I click on links that
should be a page ... but when I right-click to see the property of the page,
I can see the real name of the file/page but the URL is always the same
(http://ceol.de/).

Please how has this been done?

Thanks.

Arcad.
