I don't reproduce this bug
Test1:
1.open the file and click through the slideshow successfully 
Test2
1.Opened the file in Impress. 
2.Selected SlideShow from the top menu: this opened the slideshow, displaying
the background image.
3.I am able to right-click on the background to open the menu.
4.Clicking on the background
no crash
