[ApacheDS] configuration storage

Please note that starting with version 2.0.0-M20 the way configuration data
is stored in the server is changed.

It will be stored in multiple files instead of the single file
(config.ldif) under 'conf' directory.

No special steps are needed to change the configuration when upgrading to
v2.0.0-M20.

The existing servers' configuration will _automatically_ be migrated to the
new
format after the upgrade.
