Notification wasn't turned on for moving (is now), so commenting on the move:

I've moved this issue to Commons Site as I'm treating it as applying to all of Commons and not just Commons IO. 

Most javadocs are deployed to the m1 repository, though we don't do have it as a part of our release process; and now I just need to take the collection of zips I have (/home/bayard/commons-src) and extract the source directories to make jars.
