While working on SQOOP-2151, we noticed that there is no test coverage for Extractor failure scenario.

We should add at least enough coverage to make sure the scenario in SQOOP-2151 stays resolved.

This is a separate JIRA because we are not sure how big of a change is required to support this test scenario.
