Cannot re-produce this issue on latest trunk. Here are the steps I followed:

1) Go to manufacturing -> Routing (https://localhost:8443/manufacturing/control/FindRouting)
2) Find Routing by name or Id and select any one from the list displayed below 
3) Click on 'Edit Routing Product Link' tab in the resulting page.
4) Click on the 'Delete' button and its working as expected.
