## 周会01 - 2022-10-16
会议主题：对齐dubbo3设计理念，dubbo-js开始进度dubbo3的架构升级迭代
参会人员：刘军 胡锋 杨昆 张峰 冯伟 宋加超 符升升 万安文 章晋 吴建金
会议内容：
1. 对齐dubbo3的背景和设计理念
2. 制定dubbojs对dubbo3支撑的问题讨论
- 仓库管理， 保持单仓库的设计，单独拉取分之进行管理，从头开始，不实用过去的代码
- 项目管理， 基于github的开源协作，使用issue，projects进行管理，可以使用中文进行文档和issue
- 项目规范，搭建项目规范的workflow，自动检查license，notice等
4. 对齐duobb-js对dubbo3适配的节奏
## 整体的节奏
1. 第一阶段，聚焦核心协议的打通，将整个rpc的通信体系建立起来
2. 第二阶段，对接dubbo-mesh，完成服务的治理和调度的管理
3. 第三阶段，聚焦开发体验升级，完成rpc的服务的接口代码自动生成等

- [ ] 研究grpc的架构设计，作为架构上的模版参考
- [ ] 基础项目脚手架代码的搭建 （typescript pnpm monorepo vitest nx） - by 杨昆
