TLS configuration

Hi,
   I am trying to learn on how to configure TLS for CXF BC.
In TLS bus configuration we found that both keyManagers and trustManagers
are present.
But if we are going to use certificates signed by CA authorities, then the
privatekey and the certificate would be stored as part of the keyStore. Is
there is no real need of trustManagers.
Please let us know what should go here or can we leave it empty?
