The Calendar.AM_PM field needs to be set for Calendar to compute the time properly.
Fix:
Insert the following at line 383:
cal.set(Calendar.AM_PM, Calendar.AM);
Note: this bug is only apparent in the afternoon

This patch fixes this issue. The hour property that is set to 0 must be HOUR_OF_DAY instead of HOUR
