ANNOUNCE: ePerl v1.4

Not directly Apache related, but runs fine as an Action-script under Apache
1.1.1 and is somewhat related to mod_perl stuff. While mod_perl is a internal
variant of special CGI-programming for Apache, ePerl is a external variant of
HTML scripting. In other words: Like PHP/FI, but uses the Perl5 language ;-)

    ePerl interprets a HTML markup file bristled with Perl5 program
    statements by expanding the Perl5 code. It is a CGI/1.0 compliant
    program which produces pure HTML markup as its result on stdout.
