[jira] [Updated] (THRIFT-2369) Add ssl support for nodejs implementation

Pierre Lamot updated THRIFT-2369:
---------------------------------

    Attachment: 0001-THRIFT-2369-Add-ssl-support-for-nodejs-implementatio.patch

some notes:

  - the server certificate used in the tests is the same as the one in tests/keys. I copied them in the nodejs folder to have them in the npm package

 - It provide one function for instantiating each ssl protocols (createSSLServer, createSSLConnection, createHttpsServer) like what existed before (one function per protocol), however I merged the ssl options with the protocol options so only one options map is provided to the function.
I was quite undecided about making the use of ssl an option to the protocol (something like {usessl : true}) rather than a function by itself.
