[Discuss] [Installer] Update /tools/stratos-installer/config

Hi all,

Please $subject in following products with latest files.

auto scalar

   - carbon.xml
   - jndi.properties

cloud controller

   - carbon.xml
   - cloud-controller.xml
   - jndi.properties


database

   - stratos_foundation.sql
   - userstore.sql


load balancer

   - axis2.xml
   - jndi.properties
   - stratos.sh

stratos controller

   - carbon.xml
   - cartridge-config.properties
   - jndi.properties
   - master-datasources.xml

If there are new files which relates with the installer, please update
those as well.
