SOAP with Attachments error

hi,

I am trying to do contract first project that use SOAP with attachments. It's because client is leagcy code written in pascal.
I created sample project in github with junit test https://github.com/hlavki/cxf-swa-test

It always end with wrong number of arguments while invoking ...
I watched POST request and content type header is multipart/related
