[REVIEW] [DRAFT] [ANNOUNCE] Apache CloudStack 4.17.0.0 Release
Hi All,
Please find a draft below for the announcement of the 4.17.0.0 release. I am still working on getting the links ready (all the links will be made live before sending announcement). Feel free to review the existing list/add missing items to the list of features. Any suggestions on that will be incorporated.

*The Apache Software Foundation Announces Apache**®** CloudStack**®** v4.17*
Apache CloudStack 4.17.0.0 is a 4.17 LTS release with 16 major new features, and over 210 enhancements and fixes since 4.16. Some of the highlights include:
* IPv6 with Static Routing
* Deprecate systemvm.iso & Live Patch (Zero Downtime Upgrades)
* CloudStack Status & management (API & UI)
* User-Shared Networks
* StorPool storage plugin
* Storage-based Snapshots for KVM VMs
* UI: Added attach and detach features to UI for ROOT disks
* KVM: Enable CloudStack to use multiple LOCAL storage pools
* Multiple SSH Keys support
* Reserve and release Public Ips
