There seems to be a problem for me with make test on Cygwin. Using revision
from 5pm EST today, attached will be the output from the make test failure.
This failure might be related to my hanging spamd processes.

spamd.err.1 log file
This is the log file created by the test, it shows spamd starting up and being
killed by SIGINT, in the spamd.err.4 file also created it shows the same output
as above.

Inconsistent behavior here, I ran the test again after updating svn again, now
it's passing! But in my tests of using spamd, I have been seeing this
inconsistent behavior in spamd hanging.
