Key-value stores record read operations in metrics prefixed by {{get-}}, whereas window and session stores record read operations in metrics prefixed by {{fetch-}}. The documentation does not mention {{fetch}} at all.

We should either adapt the documentation or change the metrics prefixed by {{fetch-}} to be prefixed with {{get-}}.
