[JSF-COMP] on-load version 1.0 release

Jsf-comp has been using this list for updates, sorry for the off-topic
nature of the post.

New On-Load version available at jsf-comp.sf.net

Major changes:
Changed to maven project format
Added junit tests
Made source JDK 1.4 compliant
Refactor SVN for maven and move to its own folder (out of
/extensions/jsfExt and into /on-load to avoid confusion)
Release under on-load instead of extensions/jsfExt

Note that this is not in the maven central repository, but instead is here:
http://jsf-comp.sourceforge.net/maven2/repository/net/sf/jsf-comp/on-load/1.0/

This is because not all the projects deployed to
http://jsf-comp.sourceforge.net/maven2/repository/ are able to be put
on central. on-load cannot be individually packaged and sent to maven
either because it has a parent (library and the example are the
children). So for now, no m2 central availability, sorry.
