[Patch] Fix the timeformat
Dear,
I have noticed that current release is not usable as the timeformat is
wrong for the datetimepicker.
Attached is a patch (extract from our local Git repository).

Jacques Leroux have been corrected on 12.04 branch and the release
12.04.05 is on vote process ;)

Thanks Chloé, we will soon release 11.04.06 and 12.04.05 to fix this regression
